   Well I guess that municipality has tons of money to blow on silly cases like that. A lot of these cities and towns must not be suffering that bad of an economic downturn, if they are willing to spend precious taxpayer money to clog up an already overburden, and broken justice system with “offenders” that really aren’t doing anything.

    i live in canada, and i got caught by the cops with around 10 grams once, and they didnt even take my weed. all they did was tell me that i shouldnt get into cocain and herion and shit like that, and then let me go i didnt even get fined or anything. i almost shit myself though i thought i was gunna get buttfucked in jail it was scarey shit
