    LOL firstly the film obviously made it that why – why do you think? they could have made james bond do better stuff than foucan (black legend) but they didn’t – for realism. So yes you’re right in a way, Bond is proper shit compared to him, but it was designed to show his relative intelligence and to exhibit realism

    parkour stresses efficiency in your movements. freerunning stresses fun and creativity. so in parkour you very rarely see flips and people stay low and really just go flat out. in FR people don’t always go in a straight line and they are more flashy and creative.
